The last publication of the Italian journal “Risarcimento Danno Responsabilità”, published by Giuffrè, includes an interesting article on competition law from Riccardo Gioia, Senior Partner of PGA Intellectual Property.

In particular, the work concerns the recent promulgation of Italian Decree no. 3/2017, transposing European Directive no. 2014/104/EU on antitrust damages actions.

The study analyses the regulation on passing-on of overcharges provided by the Italian Decree in order to check compliance with the purposes of compensation and prevention, which the promulgated law aimed for.
