Riccardo is one of the co-founders of the firm. He is an experienced lawyer, very active in the areas of patent, trademark and design litigation.

Riccardo holds a law degree and is qualified to represent clients before all Italian courts as well as before the EPO and the EUIPO. In the past years he has focused his activity on all inter partes IP matters with a particular focus on patent and trademark litigation. He successfully acted as leading counsel in several important cases.

Riccardo Gioia is also very appreciated speaker and serves as tutor in several IP seminars and courses all around the country.
