Marco Brasca, Senior Partner of PGA, holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano and is qualified European and Italian Patent Attorney and qualified Italian and European Design and Trademark Attorney.

From 2001 to 2012 Marco worked in Milan at the headquarters of the IP law firm Bugnion SpA of which he was partner from 2006.

Marco gained considerable experience, particularly in the preparation and prosecution of Italian, European and non-European patent applications in the areas of plants and processes for the production of tires, plants for the production and packaging of cigarettes and textile machinery.

Marco’s practice focuses on prosecution, opposition proceedings and litigation relating to patents.

Since January 2015 he is the Milan Office Manager.
